DVD's
Although we've gone to great length to find the highest quality discs available, there are times when a DVD player will not play a disc. We understand that all players are not built to the same standards and that many lasers are slightly flawed which creates a problem when reading some discs. Should a DVD, which you have purchased from us, not play in your DVD player we will create a new one and ship it to you normally within 24 hours of your claim. Should your DVD arrive in the mail with damage from the Postal Service sorting machines, we will replace it normally within 24 hours of your claim. If you find incorrect content on your DVD, we will replace it with a corrected DVD normally within 24 hours of your claim.
USB's
We continue to test and evaluate new products to find the very best and reliable ones to offer you. The USB's we sell have undergone stringent testing under severe conditions to ensure their toughness and reliability. We put USB drives through heat tests; water tests; dirt and mud tests; shock tests; and anything else we can dream up. However, if you have any problems with a USB drive you've purchased from us, we'll replace it at no charge normally within 24 hours of your claim and our receipt of the problem drive. Our USB drives are designed to work in all computers, both PC and Mac.
DOWNLOADS
We're always searching for innovative ways for you to get your footage from us. If you have a high-speed, Internet connection you can get them quickly from our video server. The footage is formatted as .wmv which is the most common format found on home computers. It works both on Pc's and Mac's and provides a clear image. Since this is digital and there is no way for you to return the footage without proof that you haven't kept a copy, we cannot accept any returns or offer any kind of refunds. However, if we've supplied you with incorrect footage we'll replace it normally within 24 hours of your claim.
CHAMPIONSHIPS AND OTHER LARGE EVENTS
We put a lot on the line to ensure that you get the highest quality of service and products at these large events. Because of the large number of orders at these events, we are forced to require some products to be pre-paid. Those products are ordered and reserved for you and cannot be returned. The only stipulation to this is if you cannot attend the event. We will contact the event host to verify that you have cancelled and upon confirmation of the cancellation, your refund will be made normally within 24 hours.
GENERAL REFUND & RETURN POLICIES
There are always unique situations that arise and because of that, we're always willing to listen and try to help any time we can. We're here for you, not the other way around and if your needs fall between our policies listed above, we want to hear from you.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
We know there are people who say they have the best quality service and/or products. We also know that this is not always the truth. We encourage you to compare our products and service to everyone else who offer like items. If you find a company who can provide higher quality footage than ours, we want to know about it. If you can find a company who offer high quality products than ours, we want to know about it. To date, there has been none.
When you compare our footage to others, here are a few things to look for and to consider:
1.) What kind of equipment is being used? We use broadcast quality cameras - the same ones used on many TV shows and movie sets.
2.) How is the camera work? It is shaky; jerky; out of focus; tilted; bad angle? You'll only find smooth, "movie-esq" motion with our footage. We also position our cameras for the most beneficial angle for you.
When you compare our products to others, here are a few things to look for and to consider:
1.) How many different products are offered? Are you forced to just one or two options? How open to other options is the company? We offer several products and are always open to suggestions.
2.) How long does it take to get your ordered product? Does it take weeks or months? We normally have our products out the door within 48 hours of our crews return to the studio.
3.) Is there any extra work put into the products? Or is the footage just dumped onto a DVD and mailed? We customize each one with graphics, titles, lower thirds, and music. It's a full, custom production!
4.) If music is added, is it plagiarized? Does it fit the feel of the footage? We purchase every score we use. The music is selected to fit the mood, personality of the footage or subject. Not only that, the scores we buy have been written and produced by the same folks who create the wonderful music used in the movies.
When you compare our service to others, here are a few things to look for and to consider:
1.) How approachable are they? Do they seem willing to listen and to help? We encourage you to contact us with anything that may be on your mind, concerning our services and products. We're here for you, not the other way around.
2.) If you need a correction to a product, how difficult is that and how long does it take? We want to know of anything not right with a product we've sent out the door. We'll stop the current production run and correct whatever is wrong with your order. Normally, within 24 hours your corrected product will be on its way to you.
3.) How are they priced? Are they so expensive that it seems ridiculous for what you get? Or, is it so cheap that you have to wonder what you'll get? We price our products and service with careful consideration to your needs and balance that with what it takes to produce the highest quality service and products. We're not the most expensive but we're not the cheapest, either. We all know that "you get what you pay for".
